Usually, One HDPE bottle washing line includes the heavy crusher, friction washer, rinsing washer, centrifugal dehydrator, electrical heater, cyclone silo and control cabinet, as well as the connect units such as belt conveyors and screw feeders.

Stainless steel and carbon steel are used for different units by the different function.

By equipped with the single shaft shredder for double shaft shredder, the HDPE bottle washing line can be also used to recycle other plastic waste with big sizes, for example, plastic blue drums, car bumpers, pallets, crates, baskets, etc.
